- Storage installation (mounting hardware, brackets, anchor strength)
- All caulking, trim and finish carpentry installed by us

- — Damage from impact, fire, flood, or chemical spills outside normal use
- — Pre-existing concrete settlement or structural cracks beyond our control
- — Modifications, repairs, or work performed by others after our handoff
